1 General Terms

2 Member Eligibility

• Refers to an individual using the platform for personal use, not on behalf of any company or organisation.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals banned or restricted from using online gambling services.
• Not registering from a region or country that specifically restricts or prohibits online gambling under your local laws.
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.

Av123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) av123 account only. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different information — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card or passport.
• Exact date of birth.
• An active, reachable Malaysian phone number.
• A valid and active email address.
• A Malaysian bank account number or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. av123 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the av123 support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Av123 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed securely.

Withdrawal terms: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request. av123 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted whatsoever.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Av123 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and usage time limits as specified in their respective promotional terms.

• Welcome bonus available to new members making their first deposit only. Each individual is eligible to claim this bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the specified rollover requirements.

• Av123 reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus granted to members suspected of abusing promotions.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the av123 platform are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport:

• Bets confirmed and accepted by the av123 system are final and cannot be reversed by members except under specified circumstances.
• Av123 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds, or exceptional circumstances affecting match outcomes.
• For Sports Betting, official results issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., Malaysia Super League, FA Malaysia, BWF) are final.
• In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account.
• Av123 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for any market or match.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to place bets is prohibited.

7 Responsible Gaming

Av123 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be purely a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. To that end, av123 provides a range of practical tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your means.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a defined period to protect your finances.
• Temporary Break (Cool-Off): Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to self-exclude from the platform for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum time limit for each of your gaming sessions.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the av123 platform.
• Fraud, document forgery, or the provision of false information during registration or identity verification.
• Exploiting technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any software to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate betting outcomes (match-fixing or collusive betting).
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the av123 platform.
• Selling, transferring, or advertising an av123 account to another party.

9 Account Closure

An av123 account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: You may request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing the av123 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
• Closure by av123: av123 reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
• Inactive: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to actual results and any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original registered payment method.

10 Liability Limits

Av123 shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by members in the following situations:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party use of the platform due to the member's own negligence.
• Disputed bet outcomes raised after the 72-hour appeal period from the settlement date.
• Internet or device disruptions on the member's end that result in a bet failing to be submitted.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the av123 platform.

Av123's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Terms Amendment

Av123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. av123 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email or in-platform notifications, but no guarantee of notice is given for every minor amendment.

Your continued use of the av123 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically.
